I hate talking week after week about how I’m not feeling that fab. This week’s been very tiring to say the least. Hubby’s been gone since very early Sunday morning (he experienced his first earthquake earlier this week and may get to experience his first hurricane this weekend) and won’t be back until late next Friday evening. Overall things have gone well so far, I’m just not getting as much rest as I normally would while he’s here. The lack of rest does make me feel a little less fab than normal but I’m hoping to be able to catch up on it soon.
I’m also just not feeling fab about some other things in life which is a bit frustrating. I know it will all work out for the best in the end. I just need to take the bull by the horns and get some things in order. Hopefully a new work schedule is on the horizon for me (and hubby) so long as I can get the daycare situation worked out. I’d be able to work four ten hour days and have a full day off each week. I’m already making lists of things I could get done on those days off! Fingers crossed that it all works out.
My last un-fab feeling this week is that when I put my work pants on this morning, they barely zipped!! Just a couple of months ago, they were starting to become loose and I was so excited. My how things change…. :0) I’ve got to find some different pants to wear.
On a positive note, I’ve had a few bursts this week where I’ve actually felt productive which has been so nice. I also think that I’ve done a really good job not letting stress and other things affect me as much as I might normally which I’m happy about. I still get frustrated on occasion but trying to deal with things that I can change and not think about the things I can’t.
