I was also over in The Zone recently sharing some tips about setting up a realistic budget for your Disney vacation. You should stop by and check it out!
We made it through Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Did you find any good deals? There wasn’t really anything that jumped out at my this year but I did get a few things online since I wasn’t home to shop on Black Friday. I love the instant gratification of going to the store and picking out exactly what I want but not having to battle the crowds but just having everything show up on my doorstep is so appealing since I’m so far behind this year. Of course I did my fair share of shopping while we were at Disney too (and the outlet on the way home….). The boys are just about finished, just have to grab a couple of more things for them and finish their stockings. My little princess seems super easy to buy for so she won’t be too hard to finish up either. As for the hubby, I’ve got a couple of ideas, just need to find the time to get out and shop. It won’t happen this week since we’re busy every night this week and all day Saturday.
I looked today and learned that December 14 is the last day to mail things for them to arrive in time for Christmas. That really put things into perspective and lit a fire to help me get things done. Since so many family and friends live so far away, a lot of our gifts need to be mailed. Now I just need to figure out what to get everyone, wrap it, package it and get it in the mail. Easy right? Have any favorite gifts you like to give? How are you doing with your holiday shopping?
