It’s week two of checking in and I’ve got mixed feelings about if I’m feeling fab or not. I’ve been doing great as far as working out goes – I’ve walked every night. I did take tonight off because it was thundering and I didn’t want to get caught in the rain. Between some stress at work and at home, it’s been a bit of a challenging week.
One of my biggest problems is eating on a regular schedule. Just about any “diet” or meal plan or anything else suggests that you eat many times throughout the day (three meals and smaller snacks between the meals). Due to my daily schedule (or lack thereof), this is pretty much impossible for me to do. Heck today I didn’t even get to take a lunch because of the timing of the other people in my office taking their lunch and a meeting I had to attend this afternoon. I’ve been trying to get better about eating breakfast but I’ve kind of slacked on that this week. I usually take a late lunch (around 1:30 or 2:00) then don’t want to eat dinner but get hungry around bed time or wind up working through my lunch and coming home starving and eat way too much for dinner. This is really something I need to work on.
This week I plan on continuing my walking at night and trying to get on a better eating schedule. I need to get a few things in order in my life too and that will help me to feel a bit more fab overall.
